Return and Refund Policy​​​

All digital product purchases (such as eBooks, Audiobooks, eGift Cards and PDF Documents) are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable.

There will be an option to sample digital products, so you can decide whether you like them before purchasing. Digital products cannot be returned. By completing the purchase of a digital product from our website/service, you waive your 14-day right to cancel.

If the digital product is faulty, i.e. the digital product is corrupt or you are unable to download it, a replacement will be sent within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your email notification of the fault to theauthor@cllchambers.com. (Please use the subject line: 'Unable to download digital product').

If you're experiencing issues with a digital product because of problems with your device, internet connection or your own technical challenges, the product itself is not considered faulty, and we're not obliged to help.
